What is the best wide snowboard for size 15 boots?
Q. I am 6'4'' and 230lbs with size 15 feet and I am looking to buy a new snowboard. I am going to be working for a hill in BC where there is tons of powder and I don't hit the park too much, just the back country. I don't want to spend anymore than around $600, any suggestions?

A. I think the perfect board for you under $600 would be the GNU Rider's Choice Wide BTX ($519). With your size you could go all the way up to the 166cm. GNU is more generous with their "wide" waist-widths than most companies, so you won't have any problem with toe/heel drag. The Rider's Choice will also ride well on pretty much any terrain (even ice), and the banana-tech (BTX) will even help give you float in powder. You could even take this board into the park if you wanted to...
